Fans everywhere are wondering what Sarah Kate was doing in the back of this stretch limo Charger! Rumor has it that she and her mother were at the UPS store when it pulled up and the kind man that owned it let her get inside of it and check it out! Sarah has a reputation around town for acting wild in public and partying until after 8p.m. every night! Today was no exception...as you can see, she is right at home in the back of this limo! Sarah was casually dressed sporting a red, white & blue dot skirt by Pumpkin Patch Kids and a tee with crystal letters spelling out "Miss September". Silver flip flops completed her casual look and an orange fuzzy purse was her "wild" accessory to give her look a unique twist that we always see in her fashion choices!

Witnesses say she asked the driver to shut the door and take her somewhere! Her mother is quoted saying "I'm thrilled to know that anyone in a big fancy car wouldn't have to persuade her into leaving with them! Scary!" She needed a few more of her party pals in the limo with her to be truly happy! Where are Presley, Kaylin & Savannah Grace when she needs them!?

Are the rumors true? Is Sarah Kate the new party princess heiress? Probably not! But she had fun dreaming! :)
