Okay, yes....I KNOW.....I haven't been faithful in my blogging efforts! :) It has just seemed like Thanksgiving came and went in a whirlwind and now Christmas is almost here! I have been so busy and have let my blog slide a bit. WELL, I'm back! I promise that I will keep it updated more often, now. Below are a bunch of Thanksgiving photos. We had a great time at Thanksgiving with our family. It was nice to get a chance to visit everyone. We spent Thanksgiving at Todd's parents and then on Sunday, we got to go to my parents house for breakfast and my dad & I made homemade hot cocoa! It was a lot of fun and I was so thankful to visit everyone over the long weekend! We also got to go out with some of our friends on Saturday night which was fun. Friday morning, I must have been NUTS but I got up at 4:30 and went to Wal-Mart! It was MADNESS, I tell you! The only good thing is that I didn't really have any particular thing I was searching for, so it made it a little easier. I just wanted to see what was on sale. I ended up with some toys for the kids and some clothes. It was a fun time. At about 6:15, I met Shanna at Sears and stood in line with her for about an hour to get a steal on a washer and dryer! Hey, that's what best friends are for! LOL We had fun visiting while we waited there in line. Then, we went to grab some breakfast at Chick-fil-a. We tried to go to Ihop, but the line was ridiculously long just to get a table! We had fun and she got a great deal on her washer and dryer! Below is a photo I took at Walmart as I stood in line! I was lucky to get in line right before everyone else did! I didn't hardly have to wait to check out but by the time I left, the lines were all the way to the back of the store!!! The weekend was so much fun except for Sarah & Presley fighting constantly. Tattle-tales! LOL They are so funny....yes....in the photos....they are the perfect picture of love and affection and sweetness....but what I didn't get photos of is them yelling at each other, telling on each other, arguing over every tiny little thing, fighting over which movie to watch, etc. They are typical 3-4 year old girls! haha It's like having twins when we are there. They are always together and you can't keep them apart! When we get there, it's all hugs and kisses and love....but in about 10 minutes, it's like World Wrestling Federation in there! haha Oh, well.............they LOVE each other. Jason tries to just stay out of the way! Poor thing. He's nine and he's past the stage of wanting to be right in the middle of photo opportunities, activities, etc. He basically hangs with his Pop or watches his t.v. or plays video games. This time, he was lucky to get to go stay the night with his friend, Seth...who is his best friend from birth, pretty much! He loves going to stay with him. They have such a great time and it is usually one of the highlights of going to Lufkin for him. He gets to stay with Seth a lot! Seth DOES have twins in his house, though! His mommy is so nice for letting Jason stay...if I had twin 2 year olds....I would NEVER accept another child in my house! LOL Amanda is GOOD though! :) Thanks, Amanda!!!! Jason REALLY appreciates it, too!
We hope that all of you also had a wonderful thanksgiving and are looking forward to an even better Christmas time! We are going to be in Lufkin for Christmas and we will be having Santa come to Mimi & Pop's for the first time ever. It's kind of always been a thing for me to be at our own house on Christmas morning because I love having just me and Todd and the kids enjoying a quiet little Christmas morning together. It will be craziness this year because we will ALL be staying at Mimi & Pop's...but it will be fun to be with everyone and enjoy seeing Jason, Sarah & Presley all seeing what Santa brought! They will have so much fun playing and fighting! :) We're going to pray for a Christmas miracle that they don't fight! haha We'll see about that!
Jason & I are working on a puppet show for Sarah & Presley for Christmas! It will be so fun and it gives Jason something fun to do, as well!

Presley asked for her Aunt Sharon to make her a beautiful Christmas Santa dress like Sarah had her pictures made in for Cookie Magazine...so I had to make them both one! haha They got to open them and try them on! They were SO cute togther in their dresses! They showed off in front of the mirror and of course, I was waiting with my camera!!!
